The company is not the provider of transport, accommodation, tours, or other services.
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Price, availability, and offerings may change without prior notice.
Full payment is required before confirmation, according to package terms.
Prices may vary due to dynamic airline/hotel rates; the company is not responsible for fluctuations until full payment is received.
Standard trips are non-refundable. Any refunds, if applicable, depend upon the associated vendor’s terms and conditions.
Wings of escape holds no liability for any consequential losses arising out of any cancellations.
In force majeure (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions), alternate options may be explored if offered by the vendors, but cash refunds will not be provided.
Wings of Escape does not issue refunds itself. Refunds, if any, are processed strictly as per vendor rules.
Refund timelines depend on vendors and may vary.
Convenience fees, service charges, and administrative charges are always non-refundable.
In all force majeure situations, the company’s sole obligation is to assist in availing any alternative option if offered by the vendor; no refunds or compensation is provided by Wings of Escape.
Wings of Escape reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any booking at its sole discretion.
Changes initiated by vendors (airlines, hotels, etc.) will be communicated, with alternatives offered if possible. In case of any changes in fare, the additional cost will be borne by the customer.
Any fare difference, penalties, or charges due to client-requested date changes, name corrections, room changes, immigration issues, or late arrival shall be borne solely by the client.
Any itinerary alterations caused by client delay, no-show, or failure to comply with pickup timings will not be refundable.
Wings of Escape is not liable for service failures, delays, or issues arising from third-party vendors.
Maximum liability of the company is limited to service fees paid to Wings of Escape, and not total trip value. Refund of the remaining sum paid by any Client , if any, will be as per the terms of the Third-Party Vendors.
The company is not responsible for loss of belongings, personal injury, illness, theft, or unforeseen expenses incurred during travel.
The company is not liable for visa denials, passport issues, or immigration delays.
The company is not responsible for acts of negligence, misrepresentation, or misconduct by vendors or third parties.
In no event shall the company be liable for consequential, punitive, or special damages.
Users must provide accurate, complete information when booking.
Fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive behavior may result in service denial or cancellation.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring valid travel documentation (passport validity, visas, entry requirements).
Providing false or incomplete documents releases the company from all liability.
Responsibility for adequate insurance lies with travelers. Insurance, if offered, is governed by provider's terms.
Website/proposal content is for personal use; duplication/distribution is prohibited.
Traveler photos/videos, if shared, may be used for promotional purposes
Complaints must be registered within a reasonable period during travel for timely resolution.
Grievance redressal is available via email, phone, and online platforms.
Failure to report issues within 7 days of the cause of action shall be deemed acceptance of services, and post-travel complaints may not be entertained.
All transactions, disputes, and agreements are governed by laws of India. Jurisdiction lies with courts in the company's registered city i.e. Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Wings of Escape is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control
100% of total tour cost must be paid at the time of booking
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Wings of Escape, its officers, employees, and agents from any losses, claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from (a) client negligence, (b) breach of these terms, (c) non-compliance with vendor rules, or (d) travel undertaken against medical or governmental advice.
Personal data will only be used for booking purposes and shared with vendors as needed.
The company follows reasonable security practices but is not liable for breaches at third-party vendor systems.
Standard check-in time ranges from 2 to 3 PM and early check-in is subject to availability.
For certain sightseeing activities, if a child's height exceeds the permissible limit, any additional fees can be settled on-site.
Bed type is always subjected to availability at the time of Check-in
Some hotels may request a security deposit, which is typically refundable upon check-out provided there is no damage to the room.
Some hotels may charge compulsory tax which is payable at the time of check in by the guests.
Upon arrival at the airport and after meeting the representative, there will be a waiting period of 15–20 minutes as the driver makes their way from the parking area.
For SIC pick-ups, there is a 5-minute waiting time. Guests are urged to be in the lobby punctually; otherwise, it may be considered a no-show
Pickup time in SIC transfers is subject to change +/- 30 mins. However, please be ready and available for pickup at the mentioned time as the coach will not wait for more than 5 minutes for the guest.
The maximum waiting time for any PVT transfer is 20 mins. If the wait time exceeds the 20 min mark additional waiting charges will be applicable.
We will not be responsible for processing refunds for any unutilized services. Moreover, in case of no show no refund or rescheduling is applicable.
